• ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
• THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL G4SKLNRS, ITS AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO G4SKLNRS IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

License to Use Services

Ownership of Generated Code

Subject to your payment of applicable fees, you own the specific instance of code generated for you through our AI programming services. However, G4SKLNRS retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the AI models, algorithms, and systems used to generate the code.

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our Services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such feedback without restriction.
